With Amoreno I am starting a new chapter in my life.
After over 40 years, first as head barman A.I.B.E.S. and later as restaurant manager of the Anna Stuben and head sommelier at the 5 star Relais & Châteaux Hotel Grödnerhof in Ortisei, I would like to share my knowledge and the wealth of my home South Tyrol with guests and interested parties.
As qualified South Tyrolean enjoyment ambassadors, we visit producers of South Tyrolean quality products, wineries, distilleries and apple production. Many regional producers will present and let us taste their products.
